You understand that we offer computation Services. You acknowledge that We cannot provide the absolutely correct computation result. You understand and accept that the computation result only is a sample or suggestion, and you can prove whether the computation results are correct and useful.

You understand that the computation Services are internet-working. You acknowledge that We cannot fully protect your submitted samples from the hightech-armed hackers. You understand that you can protect your sample for minimal leak.

CBALab88 is not liable or responsible for any misuses of our services, and those damages or losses by using our computation services

By submitting your Samples to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, reproduce and achieve your Samples. Our computation Services will clear all your Samples for any circumtance after the computation, but You acknowledge that We may retain some Your samples when we back up the Website or Website shuts down accidently.

You understand that your Samples can be similar to other's, or the computation result can be similar to other's too. Our Company reserve all the rights to disclaim all the troubles arisen from these kind of incidences. You acknowledge that you cannot raise any dispute or issue with Us, where you understand that you have protected your Samples appropriately.

By agreeing to submit your Samples to the Service, you acknowledge that We disclaim all the protection issues on the Copyrights and Intellectual Property related to your samples and its computation results.

Donation and Payment Disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation or payment that you make. Your donation or payment do not form a contract allowing for future or successive donation or payment to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation or payment you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation or payment.

1. The donation or payment services
   All donation or payment through the Website are to be made via any legal payment services providers. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation or payment our transaction will be processed through our payment services provider. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation or payment you authorize the payment services provider to request funds from your credit, debit, PayPal card provider, or any online banking account.
2. Unauthorised card use
   If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
3. Information from you

4. Refund policy

We do not provide refund in cash or check or fax or other mailing methods. We only provide internet transfer for refund, especially through Our designated third-party payment service providers.
